초록:
As publics increasingly expect organizations to act in socially responsible ways, how organizations communicate their corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts and manage corporate social irresponsibility (CSiR) has become more important than ever. To understand this phenomenon, Dr. Kim focuses on the critical role of employees as co-creators in both CSR practices and CSiR management. The first study explores the effectiveness of bottom-up CSR campaigns in fostering publics’ supportive behaviors, emphasizing the role of perceived dialogic communication between employees and the organization. The second study investigates how employees’ organizational identification and their issue perceptions regarding corporate irresponsibility influence their moral voice behavior. These studies advance the field’s understanding of CSR and CSiR from internal communication and public relations perspectives.
